About the role

As an Accounting Assistant, you will become an important part of the company's finance function and work closely with both customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role is broad and varied, giving you excellent opportunities to develop and build a strong foundation in finance and accounting. Among other things, you will work with:

• Customer and supplier accounts
• Invoicing and ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations, payments, and administrative tasks related to the finance function
• Ongoing improvement and development work

You will become part of a small and engaged team where you have the opportunity to grow with the role over time. For the right person, there are good opportunities to gradually take on more responsibility and develop further within finance.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and have an education in economics from, for example, college, university, or vocational training. Perhaps you currently work as an accounting assistant, bookkeeping assistant, or in another administrative role with an economic connection and want to take the next step. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have shorter work experience and know the basics of economics and accounting
• Are meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Are analytical and have an easy time understanding connections
• Are service-oriented and thrive with many contact surfaces
• Are curious, unpretentious, and want to develop
• Have good communication skills and enjoy dialogue with customers and suppliers
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
